All of our products are made-to-order and unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you are spelling everything correctly when submitting your order - we are not responsible for incorrect personalization. 

Each order is made by hand and lettering may vary. Paint is also brushed on by hand to give an effortless look.
